On the SOUTHBOUND 51 Freeway, take the Colter St. exit. Take Colter St. west to 16th Street, then turn south on 16th.

On the NORTHBOUND 51 Freeway, take the Highland St. exit. Take Highland St. west to 16th Street, then turn north on 16th.
